Custom orders

If you require anything custom, size, or design, please call (484)685-2712 for a consultation. All custom orders or size can take up to 15 business days to produce
. Shipping is still 3-5 business days after that, for all RUSH orders please call in. Most custom orders are just that, CUSTOM. Please understand that we do our best to accommodate them, so please do your best to provide accurate measurements because we can not honor exchanges or refunds. Simply because the order may be a custom design that was your request and not ours, or a custom size that would be merely impossible to find another’s interest or re-sell. Custom orders may not be returned or refunded whatsoever. Custom Orders include, any changes to a design we offer, whether it's a change in the pattern or a different choice of color or print we don't offer in that style.

Any orders that include measurements or custom names cannot be cancelled or returned, even if the order hasn't shipped

yet. 99.99% of the time the item is already cut according to the measurements provided as well as names being made on clothing or jewelry. Upon purchasing please make sure you read our policy before checking off the "store policy" at checkout.
